Orozbai Absattarov is a Kyrgyz painter and graphic artist. He was born in 1957 and graduated from the Kyrgyz State Art College. He has been a member of the Artists' Union of the Kyrgyz Republic since 1990.

Over the years, Orozbai has participated in numerous national, regional, and international exhibitions. His works can be found at the Kyrgyz State Museum of Fine Art and in private collections in South Africa, USA, Canada, and Turkey.
